Madame Spoons Cake Design believes that taste must be as good as the decoration, ensuring that all our clients and their friends and family will be talking about how good the cake taste as much as how good it looked, long after the event

The cakes have alternating layers of sponge cake, fruit preserves and swiss buttercream or chocolate ganache before being covered with a high-quality sugar paste for decoration.

Emma makes everything herself using the finest ingredients and has expertly curated a menu that will ensure your cake is nothing short of exceptional.

Cointreau soaked dried fruit cake (raisons, cherries, sultanas, mixed peel), wrapped in a decadent marzipan layer. (please note, this needs to be ordered at least 6 months before the event).

If you have any dietary requirements, please do let me know, and I can offer alternative flavours to meet your dietary requirements. However, please be aware that my cakes are produced in a kitchen where Gluten, lactose and nuts are handled.
